Has anyone seen The Illusionist? Vouch for or disavow it?

I loved the Illusionist. It's filmed to look kind of old style and uses lots of sepia tones; so the look is kinda cool.
But the story and acting are what really sell it. It finds that spot in you that really wishes magic were real and grabs hold of that. I kept telling myself, "Oh, that's just movie tricks," but I couldn't stop smiling when he did magic or illusions or sleight of hand. Norton and Giamatti are really good opposite each other (Giamatti steals the show), and Rufus Sewell is very good as the immensely dislikable Crown Prince. Jessica Biel is in it too, and manages not to be nausea-inducing.
I'll stop now. Nobody comes here to read my reviews. (I really liked it, by the way.)

tenacious D:The pick of destiny and of course My Name Is Bruce,Formally They Call me Bruce. Yeah, that's all I'm diggin' in the future. I'm feeling very cinematically cynical right now.

Cinematically cynical. That is a superb use of alliteration.

300 - If you haven't seen the trailer yet go to the Trailer Watch thread. Right now.
Never read the graphic novel, but I heard about this movie a long time ago when I was looking up Michael Fassbender. It also has David Wenham. I want to see this movie so bad.
Have to wait 'til, what, March? Dang.
