a little misunderstanding: i actually work at baker's (an awesome hamburger shop that might only be in california; i'm not sure). if anyone is ever near the redlands high school and is in the mood for an ecelectic menu that combines burgers and fries and burritos (and is also vegan-friendly!) please stop by!
meanwhile: the "intriguing bonus dvd" at target turned out to be one of the coolest dvd pack-ins i've ever encountered: a minature version of the photo documentary book 'bond on set.' the book, which was available in book stores once 'casino royale' was released in giant size (about the size of an album) is one of the best photo-centric behind-the-scenes books i've ever read (although i admit i don't really care for them, so i'm sure one of the 'star wars' books is probably a million times better; but who cares?) and i could never get over the $35 price tag to justify buying it.
now, of course, i'm glad i didn't. thanks, target! honestly, the only pack-in bonus i can think of that tops this one is the "bloody" snowglobe i got with the 20th anniversary 'halloween' package, where the scene depicted was michael myers about to stab jamie lee from behind the couch, and instead of white "snow" flecks there were red ones. AWESOME!
if anyone wants to buy 'casino royale' and isn't necessarily interested in the 'bond on set' book, let me know and if you buy the deluxe package at target, i'll pay you the difference between the deluxe price and the regular dvd price and whatever it costs to ship me your book. hooray!
regardless, though, go buy 'casino royale.' i brought it over to watch it with my dad, and it is FANTASTIC.
