"Stage, screen, and television actor Robert DoQui died on 9 February 2008. Born in Stillwater, Oklahoma, in 1934, he played the gruff Sgt. Warren Reed in three Robocop films. "During his fifty-year career, he appeared in scores of films and television shows. DoQui also served for ten years on the Board of Directors of the Screen Actors Guild, advocating for increased participation of women and minority groups in the media. "His genre film appearances include: RoboCop 3 (1993), RoboCop 2 (1990), RoboCop (1987), My Science Project (1985), and Blue Thunder (1984). On television, he appeared in: Dead Last (2001), Star Trek: Deep Space Nine (1996), two episodes of Batman: The Animated Series (1992), Starman (1987), Tales of the Unexpected (1977), Kolchak: The Night Stalker (1974), three episodes of The New Scooby-Doo Movies (1972-73), Get Smart (1968), four episodes of Tarzan (1966-68), The Man from U.N.C.L.E. (1967), The Fugitive (1966), I Dream of Jeannie (1965), and The Outer Limits (1964).
