Whaaaa?!?!?
I've missed so many episodes this season. I'm angry. I'll probably buy season 3 as soon as it comes out and watch it in a fit of Laurie goodness.

ok, I know that House Loves Drugs and all... but in the past few weeks we've seen Wilson on amphetemines and learned that LSD can help a migraine and psychadelic mushrooms can fix cluster headaches! As a professional substance abuse counselor I really can't condone teaching people these things!

I seriously hope people aren't taking House as a textbook for medical practice anyway. I love to watch the show. It's hilarious, and I like to try and guess the ending. ("Meningitis? He's actually diabetic? She has lupus?") But seriously... Gyaaah. The only thing that separates this guy from the crazy patient-killing jerks who evade malpractice suits for years only to crash spectacularly when others stop covering for them is that he's never wrong. My other theory is that he's based on a combination of Sherlock Holmes and the doctor Conan Doyle originally based Holmes on (a man named Bell with an amazing faculty for diagnosis).

("Meningitis? He's actually diabetic? She has lupus?") Oh, it's never lupus.

You know, I'm an incredible dweeb for never noticing that?
And Al:
Season 1 hallmark phrase: "He's seizing!" Season 2: Anything involving spinal taps.
