no idea if it's widespread but i'm pretty sure it's a mistake on best buy's part: the exclusive steelbook packaging is priced at $34.85, which is almost half off of the normal packaging price.
it rings up as it should at $69.99, but as long as you make a minor fuss (i just pointed it out and allowed the cashier to go find the floor manager who just told her "just go with what it's marked") you'll get the sticker price.
happy happy joy joy! (wrongly?) priced steelbook + the animated 'doctor who: infinite quest' collection of bbc's online webstory = $50, so you're STILL way below the normal sales price! i love you sometimes, best buy!
