It wasn't everyone's cup of tea, but yeah, I enjoyed the show a lot too... once you get past Jaye's Gen Y-ness, she's a pretty fun character. I keep meaning to review the DVD set; who knows, maybe I'll get around to it one of these days.

I get that gen-Y stuff so it was just comforting to know that once I graduate from college I'll be overeducated and unemployable...but with a trailer, just hopefully not in Canada. And maybe, if I'm really good I'll get a cute bartender boyfriend.
I await the review!

i think i bought the entire series on dvd at one point, and lost it in a vicious game of uno. (we take uno very seriously out here. i also believe alcohol and minor theft was involved.)
all i know is they played it on the logo network, and one day when i was trying to record an episode they played a music video by the ditty bops, and i fell in love with them. i haven't heard their new album, but the first one is great, and perfect for mix cd's!
'wonderfalls' does seem like a great show, though. i have to buy it again/win it back and finish watching it! or start watching them and finish properly. *semantics!*

This response is a little late, but if you bought the DVDs again I would challenge you to an Uno match and have my prize-Uno-fighter beat you again and give the DVDs to me! (you see I need my second to play because I always choke at crunch time and lose because I don't call Uno fast enough or something...)

i have no idea what it means to have a "second." is it like a little mini version of yourself who does your bidding?
I WANT ONE. (a mini-version of me, that is; not you. no offense. i'm sure you're a lovely person, big or small)
but: apparently, we're all gearing up for like a month of heavily competitive undertaking. illegal paintball in the san bernardino mountains. heroclix. this zombies! board game i picked up in san luis obispo. chess. picking up random girls at the bar. 'who can eat the most pizza?' even uno!
the point: things ranging from money to dvds to nintendo ds's to immortal souls to saturday work shifts will be on the line. i have it on pretty good authority that my friend, who has every tv dvd season set known to man from "quirky" and "gone too soon" shows, INCLUDING WONDERFALLS, will be putting said sets up for grabs. if i can win it, we'll just see.
although i'm REALLY hoping for 'boston legal' season 2. "denny crane!"

You need that Boston Legal season 2. Every Tuesday is just a little bit sweeter because of that show.
Second, a person who serves as a representative or attendant of a duelist.
And I know what paint balling, chess and Uno are. But I am not going to pretend I know what those other games are. Ha ha, and you should be careful picking up random girls at bars, you might get roofied (flunitrazepam) and raped. After all, you are in San Bernardino.
