Most Replayable Games

I don't know if this counts as "replayable", but I've been playing Picross DS in short but intense bursts for well over two years, and have yet to complete all the puzzles. The value of this game is out of this world, if you're a fan of logic puzzles.

After a few years, I can now play some places in "Jak and Daxter: The Precursor Legacy" with my eyes closed. Don't know what it is about it, it's almost soothing to sink into it these days.
