What? Nobody told me. Which reminds me... Carrie (1976). And they thought video games contributed to violence in high schools now!

an Ichi the killer game would be so freaking incredible. I wouldn't mind a Running Scared or goodfellas game either.

Layer Cake and Snatch! Bare Knuckle boxing, shooting people, drug money... What more can you want. What about a Serenity game?
Imagine is Spice World was made into a game?
And they have a violent Happy Gilmore. It's called GTA: Vice City, except it's Tommy Vercetti running around beating up senior citizens and having random cars zip by.

Possibly because LAYER CAKE SPOILER if it's not a horror game, most people prefer not to die at the end of it?

Hmm, good point. Just Snatch then.
Since they've decided Pac Man should be a movie, Bust-a-move aka Puzzle Bobble should be made into a movie. That's right, that game with the bubbles and dinosaur.

I don't know about poolman being an unlockable character...but think of who COULD be characters...the fat guy and the old guy could be like a tag team thing...Vern could be the best in the game...all kinds of "mello yello" product placement (you must be a true ernest fan to get that one).

Ernest Goes to School. Widely thought to be the worst of the Ernest movies, and the only one directed by a different guy than the rest. Featuring Sarah Chalke in a role I'm sure she'd love to forget, and yours truly as part of the marching band/replacement football team that Ernest was a member of.
It's an awful movie, but it's one of the most fun things I've ever done in my life.

No fair, Canadians have all the fun!
Although for Ernest, the player could be Vern, the Point-Of-View thing could be really cool. I just think it would be too weird to BE Ernest.
I was gonna say Jaws, but, duh. Have you ever played the Jaws game? It's freaky. In the same vein though, a Saw game would be cool, if you could set up elaborate plots for the people to escape from, with lots of blood and gore, of course.
