Hey, D-man!
Nice review on Bad(der) Santa. I disagree with just about everything you said, but the review's very good. But chalk that up to me being an old prude rather than your leet skillz being lacking (I just can't get into that kind of humour).
But I noticed in your Didja Notice section that you mention we never learn the Kid's name. That's not actually true. They even explicitly say it when he brings his report card home, and Willie makes fun of it.
Thurman Merman. That WOULD be a tough handle to carry around.

So two days ago, when I sent in my Bad Santa review, I also asked Justin to fix my e-mail address on the main page, which he immediately did. Tonight I get this e-mail, presented here unedited: "The kid in Bad Santa's name is Thurman Merman. Did you miss the report card scene or something? They dwell on the fat kid's name being Thurman Merman for 20 seconds." I changed my mind, J- can you make it incorrect again?  -D |
