It's Google's mail service. Right now it's in beta, so you need an invite to get it. 1 GIG of space, you can sort emails into different categories to find things more easily, and (of course) there's a search function through all your emails. Also, it puts related emails (replies, forwards, and so forth) in one category. It's pretty b**chen.
(Do I need those asteriks? Is b**chen a bad word?)
