Hello fellow Mutants, I understand that most of you may either be thinking "who the heck is this guy?" or "Wow, haven't seen you in ages... why did you have to ruin it by coming back?" and there's probably one thinking "Wow Big T! I missed ya soooo much! Welcome back!" (I hope)
Anyways... I thought I would ask you guys for a little help regarding my wedding and movie quotes. My fiancee and I enjoy movies and books and TV (she works at a bookstore part time and I watch DVDs part time) so we thought it would be neat to have quotes from these mediums featured in our decor for the reception.
Unfortunately for yours truly, I do not remember well under pressure. Give me an inapropriate occasion and I can throw out an obscure quiote like nobody's buissiness. But ask for a quote about love, relationships, etc and my mind blanks.
So I figured: who better to ask for movie quotes than the good people of Mutant Reviewers? Any quotes you can give that have to do with love, relationships, weddings, etc. would be appreciated. They can be from TV, movies, theatre, books, anything really. They can be serious, humorous, whatever, my wife to be and I will take up the job of sifting through them.
I truly appreciate your help.

"I really, truly, madly, deeply, passionately, remarkably, umm... deliciously love you." - Truly, Madly, Deeply "Listen, Lucy, when I told my mother I was getting married to my wife, her intestines exploded. You tell them the truth now, you may as well shoot grandma." - While You Were Sleeping The Princess BrideAnd then I started blanking on movie quotes, and all my books are at home.

I did, Big T... had a whole bunch I used for my wedding, but I can't seem to find that file any more.
You might want to use the search function on MRFH for "wedding" or browse through our romance section. Tons o' quotes there.

Going through what I can remember, I'm actually a little shocked by how many of the clever quotes I can remember circle around the terrible aspect of love. But here's some nicer ones - hope they help.
That day, she was amazed to discover that when he was saying "As you wish", what he meant was, "I love you." - Princess Bride
"'And what would humans be without love?' 'RARE,' said Death." - Sourcery
"Love is too weak a word for what I feel - I luuurve you, you know, I loave you, I luff you, two F's, yes I have to invent, of course I - I do, don't you think I do?" - Annie Hall

"Love is not something you can put chains on and throw into a lake. That's called Houdini. Love is liking someone a lot." -Jack Handey, the greatest philsopher of our times.

Cool idea! Here are a few...
"Poetry, beauty, romance, love: these are what we stay alive for." - Dead Poet's Society
"I may not be a smart man, but I know what love is." - Forrest Gump
"Love means never having to say you're sorry." - Love Story
"If the people we love are stolen from us, the way to have them live on is to never stop loving them. Buildings burn. People die. But real love lives forever." - The Crow
“Hearts will never be practical until they are made unbreakable...” - Wizard of Oz
"No longer will I play the field. The field stinks, both economically and socially, and I'm giving it up." - Breakfast at Tiffany's
"Okay, life's a fact, people do fall in love, people do belong to each other, because that's the only chance anybody's got for real happiness." - Breakfast at Tiffany's
"It was the closest thing to heaven... you were there..." -An Affair to Remember
"I've loved you from the moment I first laid eyes on you. What would be more reasonable than to marry you?" - Little Women
“I love that you get cold when it is 71 degrees out. I love that it takes you an hour and a half to order a sandwich. I love that you get a little crinkle in your nose when you're looking at me like I'm nuts. I love that after I spend day with you, I can still smell your perfume on my clothes. And I love that you are the last person I want to talk to before I go to sleep at night. And it's not because I'm lonely, and it's not because it's New Year's Eve. I came here tonight because when you realize you want to spend the rest of your life with somebody, you want the rest of your life to start as soon as possible.” - When Harry Met Sally

Congrats, Big T! All the happiness in the world to you and your bride-to-be! As for quotes...
"But what of all those sweet words you spoke in private?" "Well that's just what we call pillow talk, baby, that's all." - Army of Darkness
Or… maybe not.
Okay, how about:
"You know that feeling you get when you've just stepped out of a warm bath? All warm and refreshed and... 'you make me feel like a bath'? Agh!" - Empire Records
"This is true love - you think this happens every day?" - The Princess Bride
"Mawiage. Mawiage is wot bwings us togeder tooday. Mawiage, that bwessed awangment, that dweam wifin a dweam..." - The Princess Bride
Of course, T, if you're going to be late for any reason, there's always…
"I ran out of gas! I got a flat tire! I didn't have change for cab fare! I lost my tux at the cleaners! I locked my keys in the car! An old friend came in from out of town! Someone stole my car! There was an earthquake! A terrible flood! Locusts! IT WASN'T MY FAULT, I SWEAR TO GOD!" - The Blues Brothers

Big T, you still need quotes? Over on another board I frequent there's a discussion about romantic quotes, and I could skim through and compile some for you.
