Ok, amidst all the pretty-heathers jabberwocky, I'll try to slip in. . . Usually guys dig two chicks scrappin' it out! But then, there are usually mudpits involved, so...I can see why this would be disappointing.  But back to my regularly scheduled good-natured ribbing: Heather, technically you are right. But only because a ten-year old boy dubbed you that after you wore your mesh sleeves and wristcuffs to bible study. Not nearly as cool of a moniker when you think of it that way. AHAHAHAHA!!! Your turn....  Anyway my guess, then, would be.... Trendy=Jubilee? The whole "mall rat" thing is doin' it for me with this one. |

Also, my usual online time is early morning, so can I guess again at, like, 4 a.m., or do I need to wait until the afternoon to jump on to stay within rule boundaries?

OJ is now tied for the lead! "Brand New Hero", the first time I heard it, I thought immediately of a mentor/sidekick relationship, where a "hero" is losing faith in himself and/or his worth. Then when working on this list, immediately Wolvie and Jubilee sprung to mind. Good one OJ, that puts you BACK in the lead! Like I said before, it's still anyone's game!
OJ, as long as it's once "per day", it's alright. I'm going by the "August 1st" "Yesterday" and "Today" stamps on the time, not any specific time. So I'd say it's safe to post 12 hours after this post by my clock, but then you wouldn't be able to post until 24 hours after THAT post.

I'm just... really good at this kind of thing >.>;;;; if I had gotten more into the other contest a little earlier than I finally did, I probably would have gotten better than 3rd place *shrugs* maybe, I dunno, who's to say? "Somebody Hates Me" Based on the clue you gave us, this song totally has to be Xavier and Juggernaut. Juggernaut hates Xavier because Xavier always seemed to get everything he wanted because of his gift, as well as probing his mind when they were little, causing poor Caine to relive his abuse by his father, and Xavier can't like Juggernaut too much either, as he would obvious bring home memories of how Caine's father abused his mother, as well as how Caine abused him. |
