Now, I know that ComicCon has been the big news in the Wonderful World of Geekdom (and believe me, I've been a card-carrying geek from birth, so it's a term of endearment), but in 29 days comes Dragon*Con, the biggest fan-run sci-fi-fantasy-media-everything-you-can-think-of convention in the US...and yes, I know GenCon's huge, but that's more strictly gaming. As always, it's Labor Day weekend in Atlanta, Georgia, and I'm heading back for my 9th straight year. Anyone else here going, perchance? |

I wish I could go, but it's moving weekend for me (moving out! woo hoo!). I'm thinking of heading to Gallifrey One in LA in February though.
