I JUST saw this on the Yahoo front page. You beat me to it. I nearly screamed.
Oddly, he's been on my mind a lot this year. Every time I have heard his voice I've thought how odd it will be when he dies.
This year sucks so hard.
EDIT: Also every time I've heard him lately I have fantasized about inventing a mechanism to preserve his mellifluous voice for all eternity. This just can't be.

Between this and Paul Newman (not to mention the whole thing with Heath Ledger and Brad Renfro earlier this year), this is getting scary. I am never going to be able to hear that Geico commercial right again...and it was one of the only ones I liked.
