President: Jack Nicholson's character from "Mars attacks!". Because we still have TWO branches of the government working for us, and that ain't bad.

Clearly, the best cabinet would be Captain Henry Gloval and his Bridgehands on the SDF-1. I'm aware Robotech is TV, but it's more than that, it crosses into all forms of entertainment.

Other than that, how about the squad from Saving Private Ryan? Captain Miller as President, Staff Sgt Mike Horvath as Vice President, Pvt. Reiben as Secretary of Defense (with his BAR on him at all times), Medic Wade as Surgeon General and Cpl Uppham as Communications Director. Best. Cabinet. Ever.
