Yeah I saw that... definitely great news, just hope they're better than the DVD movies.

Woot! It's about time. Glad this and Family Guy came back. Now if only a few others were picked up as well. I'm looking at you TTSCC.

That's great news! Futurama is one of my favorite shows ever! I hope that the new ones will be on par with old ones!

Okay I obviously have no idea how all of this works. Either that, or things got changed when I wasn't looking.
What I mean is that I understood the first link to say that Comedy Central would be showing these episodes. Now this new link says it's Fox, Grand Poobah of television screw-ups, that is running Futurama.
How does this work?

I think (I could be wrong) the answer is Fox owns the rights and has creative say while Comedy Central does the actual showing.
I think.

I'm going to be petitioning against the cast change. Join me! Power to the people!!! You mean power to the cast? Looks like simple negotiation tactics, fortunately. Edit: Sorry, that link was not permanent. Try this one. Summary: Someone who claims to be an insider said the casting notice was posted on sites not much better than Craigslist. That is unusual for such professional projects.

Fox is mean. Welcome to Earth, alien cat. You will do well on our planet – I can see you are quick on the uptake.
