I'm with Heather - you need to tether down that chair. The constant left-right-left-right belongs in the army, not a Transfan love note.
That said, I enjoyed the video immensely. It's not often that the interweb actually makes me laugh out loud anymore, but your line about choosing between success in life and small plastic robots made me laugh VERY out loud.

EDIT: Also, might I add that Konata is my hero? Also, you have to listen to me when I tell you to STOP WATCHING DUBS! Man, that was horrifying to listen to. I will beat you with your villainous cane if you continue this unsatisfactory behavior. Also.....WHY do you own the cane and, well, basically everything that went along with it? |

*Though in the spirit of full disclosure: I tend to at least give the dub a chance. Sometimes you're too tired/sick/busy cleaning to read.

In fact, that was my very thought when I sent you the link to the trailer with its incumbent Street Fighter II spoof. I was like, "That girl will probably be Heather's hero eventually". Also: Voiced by Wendee Lee. I win! All of my melodramatic villain crap was purchased for the sake of a similarly brief segment in my planned video review/reaction doo-hicky of Elfen Lied that will be accompanying the more text-based version. This was kind of practice for that, actually. "Why, she's not a catgirl at all! I've been* bamboozled!" Also, you have to listen to me when I tell you to STOP WATCHING DUBS! If not, I agree with your type of intervention. Blargh! You two are incorrigible! The reason I don't watch subs is the same reason I don't make omelettes and play the banjo at the same time. I don't know how to explain it any better than that. And, had I been watching the subbed version in this case, I would not have been enswaddled in a protective cloak of bitchin' whilst Kagami and Tsukasa discussed Aunt Flo. I doubt whatever Konata said originally ("Exultation!") would've been as effective. *pronounced "bean", natch. |
