YAY Sue!!!! Happiness is hearing that Happiness is also being a geek. Only a geek would say, "Hey, internet buddy that I've only met once in real life. Wanna drive five hours to watch the Battlestar Galactica finale with us?" And only a fellow geek would say, "heck yeah!"

Buying myself the Doctor Who "Journal of Impossible Things" and a Sonic Screwdriver pen.
It might well say, For Ages 8 and up, but, as the Doctor himself says, "What's the point of growing up if you can't be childish once in a while?"

Happiness is anything Roisin Murphy is associated or involved with.

Happiness is meeting with your adviser to register for the fall semester and learning that there is going to be a class devoted entirely to two of your favorite authors.
It is also reaching into the vending machine for a bag of chips and discovering a bag of cookies that someone had forgotten. It's the little things, y'all.

Happiness is your sister being married for a full week now and your brother-in-law (I have a brother!) isn't begging for a divorce yet. The man's a saint, I tells ya.
Also, happiness is writing your first MRFH article in a very long time and feeling mighty good about it.

Going to a Good Friday screening of Life of Brian at an absolutely beautiful art house theater I didn't even know existed with friends we haven't seen in way too long, and having them ask (he on bended knee) if I would MC their wedding. Ah, that was really, really fun.
Plus, the snack bar was reasonably priced! True story.

Turning my computer on and NOT hearing the old fan (which sounded like an aircraft taking off!).
