Y'know how hard it is to see out your windshield in a snowstorm at night? Yeah, I do too. I just never thought I'd have to do it in MAY. Sorry folks, just had to whimper for a moment. Off to thaw now. Sue

Snowstorm? It's been pouring here in Milwaukee all day, but it hasn't quite gotten cold enough to snow. Felt terrible, though. They don't call us "The Windy Apple" for nothing, but man, add some rain into the mix and your whole day is shot...

I'm really glad I came home from school for summer when I did, because apparently the day after I left good old western Massachusetts, eleven inches of rain poured down. Gone in the nick of time.

One of these days, I swear I'm going to hop a flight to Vancouver. I want to see this land where it's warm all the time and rains maple syrup.

Well, it is sorta cloudy today, not at all the scorcher it was yesterday. I have yet to discover whether these clouds are composed of maple syrup. Yummy.

I wish it rained maple syrup. When I have waffles, I can just stand out side to get all the mapley goodness. ;D I can't help but wonder if the adverse affects of such a rainfall -- coating the entire world in a sticky film that would jam up all machinery and allow ants to run rampant over humanity -- would outweigh the benefits.
