My wife is trying to track down a movie she used to see at highschool parties (waaaaay back in the late 80's). All she remembers is that in the movie the victims were turned into furniture.
can anybody help me dig up this obscure title for her?

Even IMDb power search couldn't help me on this one.
But is it perhaps "Return to Oz"? They're all changed into ornaments in that. Doesn't sound right, but it's all I've got.

I seem to remember an episode of The Muppet Show that had people being eaten by furniture. So, you could say they're turning into furniture, in a purely digestive sense.
