Wow, other countries heard from! Possibly even planets!
sarahbot gets a big welcome to the madhouse and 10 points for making my left eyebrow twitch with her suspiciously vague haiku. Huckle gets 50 points for confusing me a lot! (Also for awarding me points! Woohoo!)
And Drew is getting docked 5 points, because it occurred to me that he used a Potterverse obscenity. Tsk.

Geez, I'm away from my computer for only a couple hours, and the thread bursts with off-topic discussions, haikus and stolen guitar riffs!
Who knew that not having rules would cause so many problems?

Drew, I'm going to guess that your avatar is the Wild Wolf version of Terry Bogard, simply because that's way too obscure to be correct. I... don't even know what that is, so I will have to say not even close. Sorry! I will give the very minor hints that he (among others) is the focus of an article currently sitting on my hard drive that will probably be posted sometime in the next month, and that the latest book in his series was released last week. But I will award huckle 2.5 points for posting part of the Very Sorry Song lyrics. The rest of them are still up for grabs! And Potter loses 5 points because I don't like him. Welcome to the Simon Snot Of Approval Award!
Yes, I printed out the names of all of our competitors and allowed my super-intelligent greyhound, Simon, to pick out the one most deserving of bonus points! Only one of you...er...us...was deemed worthy of his notice.
CONGRATULATIONS MS. JELLYBEAN!!!!
You have received the snot mark of Simon's adoration and 30 points!

Huckle gets 50 points for confusing me a lot! Fifty points in one go? And for doing nothing more than utilizing my only natural talent? That makes me want to say "damn" the way that black people do. Which is more meaningful, I think. Geez, I'm away from my computer for only a couple hours, and the thread bursts with off-topic discussions, haikus and stolen guitar riffs! You forgot "delusions of grandeur." I... don't even know what that is, so I will have to say not even close. Sorry! I will give the very minor hints that he (among others) is the focus of an article currently sitting on my hard drive that will probably be posted sometime in the next month, and that the latest book in his series was released last week. Though I still don't have even a good guess, I'm vaguely aware--as a result of assumptions drawn from an earlier avatar--that the coolness of the character in question stems from his getting more booty than a rental car. Am I even in the ballpark?

What are we doing again now? I'm confused. Is it time for Powdered-Pancake-Donut-Surprise yet? I'm hungry. Feed me, Seymour. Feed me!

What are we doing again now? I'm confused. Is it time for Powdered-Pancake-Donut-Surprise yet? I'm hungry. Feed me, Seymour. Feed me! Mutant Calvinball, my friend. Let me think...Drew's got some questions lurking out there that require answers. Plus we have the original Methos quote challenge that has yet to be decisively won, then there's the Farscape Three Line/Haiku challenge, and my dog likes Ms. Jellybean for reasons he will not divulge. It's not like I didn't ask him. He just ain't talking. But since we haven't had any points awarded for a while, how about I give you a few. I mean, who doesn't like Powdered-Pancake-Donut-Surprise? I can't give you many though, because hey, you're already in the lead. Sue, just ask Poolman, I have a hard time sticking to rules - even when there are none. I'll try to focus better in the future.
Not quite the answer “Frau Blucher popped all the eyes.” Is a great line though
Drew, I have no idea who your current avatar is, but your last one was a mini Scott/Cyclops gif with something about being a "player."

You forgot "delusions of grandeur." -Can't I make you understand? You're having delusions of grandeur! -I'm through accepting limits, 'Cause someone says they're so Some things I cannot change, But till I try I'll never know Too long I've been afraid of losing love, I guess I've lost Well if that's love, it comes at much too high a cost I'd sooner buy defying gravity Kiss me goodbye, I'm defying gravity And you can't pull me down- Gaaaaah... Cough... Can't help breaking out into Broadway tune at random parts of the day. Sorry... P.S. That was Wicked, for anyone who was wondering...

Here is another Methos quote:

OK sue, you threw down tyhe gauntlet, here's my Methos quote:
"A couple of medieval songwriters come up with the idea of chivalry one rainy day and you embrace it as a lifestyle. You live and die by a code of honor that was *trendy* when you were a kid."
And I'm gonna award myself 100 points because I can and I'm drunk with power, but to show I'm fair I'm gonne give Sue 200 points for being the first mutant to get off her duff and actually contribute something to this contest.
Also I'll be the first to offer a prize to the winner. Five, count them FIVE reviews of your choice from yours truly.
Score recap:
TheOogieBoogieMan - 49 points StarOpal - 48 points blinkfan - 20 Big T - 15 Arrgmematey - 5 TheLuckyOne- (-10) pfrsue - 200 Cheshirekat - 100
