Suddenly, New Jersey looks like the most awesome place to live. Or, maybe just visit... Truer words... Yeah, those guys are cool; every October and April, I always keep my eyes peeled for the latest issue. Their new book (Weird US) just came out, too. Haven't had a chance to buy it yet, but it looked pretty good from the brief flipthrough I gave it. -D

Couple fancy new links: www.mozilla.org/Firefox web browser - Both USA Today and Rich mentioned this highly, and it is a VERY sweet browser, as a safer and better alternative to Internet Explorer. Browse with tabs, stop way, way more popups and flash popups, and higher safety settings are just for starters. www.epoxy5.com/This guy has some of the coolest art, which I used a couple for the Haunted House article... I'm looking into buying prints. scifi.about.com/Weekly scifi/fantasy newsletter

I give Mozilla/Firefox my endorsement as well. I've been using this instead of Internet Explorer for several months now, and it is a freaky-deaky miracle!

Halfway through that song, I felt like singing "You vitriolic, patriotic, slam, fight, bright light, feeling pretty psyched" ;D

It's really weird that you posted that link... just over the holiday break, I pulled out a CD I had made eons ago, and the element song was on it. Hmmmm....

I LOVE Jeff Rowland's stuff. Did you read his older comic, When I Grow Up? (where he got the name Wigu from)
Sadly, Wigu just ended after three years to make way for newer stuff (like the Science Cop linked above and his upcoming project, American Platypus). The art's not the best, but the guy's got a wicked sense of humour.

When I started reading it Wigu was on its 5th chapter I think, I read the archives to When I Grow Up back when the link wan't broken . And Overcompensating is probably the funniest thing ever. "I am a cowboy- poet, It is too a job, It's cooler than being a bus driver, And safer than the mob."

This is pretty insane... then again, so is my history teacher. To encourage us to communicate a little bit more, he has created a message board. For a class with seven (count 'em, SEVEN!) people in it. apusfrye.proboards38.com/index.cgiThree guesses to guess who I am.

So...uhhhh...can we join that board or something? You could have a few people here join it just to liven it up, or whatever.

I'm thinking about going on there and trying to start a debate about Mithril. Who's with me?
...anyone?...
...come on, how long has it been since the last Mithril debate?

Oh, I was just posting the link out of ultimate boredom.
I think Frye would have a major cow and give me some sort of lecture.
