The good news: Uwe Boll is nowhere in sight.
The bad news: It's going to suck anyway.
The funny thing is, based on what info I've been able to peruse, it appears to be deliberately trying to suck. It's as though the staff behind it thought to themselves, "We are making a movie based on a game franchise which, despite being rather a lot of fun and usually featuring a very solid fighting engine, is more or less about boobies. So let's cheese it up as much as possible."
I highly recommend looking this future-turd up on IMdb and watching the teaser trailer on Youtube. See how many red flags you can count! A few of my personal favorites:

I like how the bio for the guy who plays Bayman basically says, "He can't act, but he's big."

Jaime Pressly/Tina's lament about breaking a nail. It nearly did me in.
The presence of AC/DC music. Not generally a hallmark of cinematic greatness.

The fact that most of the main cast seems to be pulled from TV and/or past bad movies.
