Movie Title Help

Okay this is one of those things where I know I saw a movie as a kid, but I can't for the life of me remember what it was called. The old memory's a bit foggy, but here goes...

Two brothers work at a circus (or traveling fair or carnival) and they end up falling in love with the same woman. Here's the catch: They have powers. Like one controls electricity and the other fire (or something). At the end they battle over the woman.

The movie would have been made in the '80s, I think.

Wilder Napalm. It stars Dennis Quaid, Arliss Howard and Debra Winger, (Jim Varney is in it as well!)

And actually both the brothers are pyrokinetic.

"Wilder and Wallace are brothers and pyrokinetics.
