Hot Rod

For a while I was tired of this whole Forum thing, but I've come back so I can tell everyone this:

Do not watch the horrible trailers for Hot Rod and think that the movie is horrible. This was one messed up movie, but it was also one of my favorite movies of the year. I haven't laughed so hard with friends in a theater since Borat (and please don't leave a stupid/typical forum prick comment like "well if you thought borat was funny than i know i can't trust your judgment")

A lot of people write off this as a Napoleon Dynamite copy, and so did I upon seeing the horrible TV Spots. In fact, the only reason I saw this was because I work at the theater free and the managers recommended to me. I practically had to drag my friends to see it, but none of us were disappointed.

The best thing about this movie is that I know I can quote it and love it, and no one will know what I'm talking about, much like when Napoleon Dynamite FIRST came out. I don't think this is broad enough to ever reach Napoleon status, which makes this movie all the better. I thoroughly recommend it!

Dude, I assure you this forum is not like that. I havent seen one forum jerk on here ever (Not including Lazario.) but yeah it looks decent, I'll probably check out superbad instead though.

I concure as far as Hot Rod goes. My boyfriend talked me into seeing it (I was a bit reticent as I thought it looked just plain stupid) but I ended up laughing pretty much through the entire movie.
