Indy 4, Dark Knight, The Other Boleyn Girl, and Iron Man are the must-sees. The others will be game-time decisions.
And did I read somewhere that Craig-as-Bond II was slated for late this year? Seems like an awfully short production time to me...

The Dark Knight is my absolute, must see at all costs, theater worthy movie. There's others that are on my maybe theater worthy, we'll see how it goes list, but I'm afraid of getting my expectations up... and I have problems with commitment.
But for the most part I'm looking forward to:
Iron Man The Incredible Hulk Prince Caspian Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull Hellboy II: The Golden Army Cloverfield The Other Boleyn Girl Speed Racer (in an 'it's going to be completely insane' kind of way)
The next Bond is 2009.

Star Trek. Star Trek. Star Trek. Star Trek. Star Trek. Star Trek. Star Trek. Star Trek. Star Trek. Star Trek. It has the guy from Harold and Kumar as Sulu, the guy from Shaun of the Dead as Scotty, the trekkie chick from the Terminal as Uhura... it's Star Trek for my generation! (Yes, I do know all those actors' names.)
Speed Racer I will probably see because a friend of mine really wants to see it, and the same goes for the same friend for WALL-E. Though WALL-E does look pretty interesting. I wonder if they'll explain what happened to humanity or leave us in the freakin' dust like in Cars. WHERE WERE THE HUMANS?! WHO EVEN MADE THOSE CARS?!?!

The Dark Knight, Indy Jones 4, Prince Caspian. Now that I have a baby I have to choose my theater trips wisely, so I won't be seeing any movies but these three until I have read all of your opinions on them so that I can decide what warrants grandma-time.

My absolutely-must-see-in-theaters picks:
Indiana Jones The Dark Knight Wall-E Prince Caspian
Quite a few movies mentioned on this thread look interesting, but it'll be a last minute decision to see them.

I could go either way on Hancock. That first trailer didn't do much for me.
Oh, and Hellboy 2, definitely. I hope it gets more box office lovin' than the first one did.
