i saw it on sale at walmart (after i got clue for $5). and i was like "hmmmm."
on the one hand, that's like the price you'd pay for a new movie at walmart (though i haven't bought anything new at walmart for a while: they're evil robots!). and though the first season is only 12 episodes, it seems like i was generally tolerant of season 1 more than the rest, so maybe it worth it.
on the other hand, i don't know. help me, rhonda!
yoshimi. they don't believe me!

Heh. I've never particularly cared for the show (again, freshman roommate), and even I picked up a copy of Season 1 when Best Buy was selling it for $13, hoping I could see what the fuss is about. Once I get through all the sets I'm more invested in (Wonderfalls, Twilight Zone, etc.), we'll see. -D

Well I totally loved the show, so yes, it's worth it. Season one is a bit brief (being a half-season started in January that year), and while it's still gearing up, it's a great ride for a few of the episodes.
Seasons two and three are where it's at, tho. Four is okay, and five through seven are crap on a stick.
