Spike, in the interest of retaining its title as the most exploitative network on basic cable, caps commercial breaks (which occur roughly every 3 minutes) during late night programming with random snippets of lingerie-clad eye candy (i.e. "30 seconds of a hot chick").
I mentioned that to mention this: I find that when I'm watching MXC, I'm actually annoyed by the hot chick segments, and impatient for a return to Japanese people hurting themselves.
This worries me a little.

When you're reading Maxim, do you find yourself impatiently flipping past the pictures of Elisha Cuthbert and Scarlett Johanssen while muttering, "God, can't we just get to the movie section already?"

Comedy Central should never make me feel depressed, but when I was watching Trading Places a while ago...every. single. comercial...was Girls Gone Wild. Every 3 comercial breaks or so I was relieved to see a male enhancement comercial...but that should never be a relief.
