It's from the same guy who made Grim Fandango and the Monkey Island games. It's about this summer camp/training facility for psychic kids, where you enter people's minds and wage "psychic warfare". You play as Raz, a runaway from the circus who wants to become a Psychonaut before his psychic hating dad comes to take him home. I've had a blast with this game. It's creative, fun and hilarious. I've replayed the first few levels a million times just to watch a cutscene. Some have compared it with Invader Zim, but that's probably because the guy who voices Zim also does Raz. Anyway...
