There've been quite a few previews of upcoming games for the PC that are getting me excited (in a safe, family-friendly way):
* Oblivion, of course. I'm in anguish as whether to get it tomorrow (it CAN run on my home machine, but should I wait two months till my new one arrives and I can experience it in full glory?) or just hold off for a bit.
* There's a new Rome city builder game coming up, and I love city builders.
* Sid Meier's doing a railroad game, spiffy.
* Medieval Total War 2: yes yes and more yes
* Rise of Legends (Rise of Nations sort-of sequel)
* Age of Conan: MMORPG with a lot of buzz surrounding it
* Dreamfall: sequel to my beloved Longest Journey
* Neverwinter Nights 2: hope they don't screw it up
* WoW The Burning Crusade: glaciers were formed faster than Blizzard does games or expansions
* Space Rangers 2: I hear this is a fun as HECK game

Unreal Tournament 2007 is coming soon too in case you like the "seek and destroy" games, there's something about blowing other players to pieces that makes me smile.
There's also a Lord of The Rings online game coming soon, will Turbine Inc destroy Middle earth?? I just hope it's a good game.
Yeah Blizzard is taking forever to complete the expansion, if WoW TBC is as good as WoW I will cry tears of joy and will forget about all the time they took making it... maybe.
