I was discussing this with my friend who is a Huge resident evil fan. (I prefer silent hill) And we got in a big arguement over this.
So which one is the better and freakier game experience

original is my favourite in the silent hill series. I am fond of silent hill 4 also

I've only ever played part 2 of both series (Resident Evil 2 and Silent Hill 2). Liked Res2 for the action, SH2 for the story and awesome atmosphere. So, my vote goes to Silent Hill.

yay. Poor Resident Evil. My Friend saw this and was mad. Nuts to Him. Silent Hill is way better
