So two of my new fav bands are virutally unkown here in the States, but apparently are big in the UK? Well, relatively big, I guerss. I'm starting to get jealous, because from what I hear, pop radio over there is significantly more diverse and better informed than the stuff forced down our throats in the US.
Anyways, my point is that the Scissor Sisters rock, and so does Franz Ferdinand, to a lesser extent. The end.

Franz Ferdinand are an excellent band.
However, Scissor Sisters are a blemish on the world of music and should be extipated immediately for their blasphemous cover of my favourite song of all time, Comfortably Numb. I don't care if the rest of their songs are solid gold platinum plated dance-o-matic funhouses, they deserve to be sealed into an iron ball and shot into the sun for their crimes.
In other news, I strongly recommend a new British band called Snow Patrol who are excellent.
