I heard about that on the news. I'm not a big fan, but I know quite a few people who are going to be torn up about this.

I've never been a big Pantera fan, but as a fellow guitarist I have mad respect for Dimebag. He was a great guitarist, and he used to write articles for the Guitar mags I used to read. They were always pretty awesome. His custom guitar models are sick (in a very good way). I will raise my goblet of rock, and have a toast for Dimebag tonight.

I found out about this only a couple of hours after it'd happened, and i just couldn't believe it. Really, I still can't. I'm just glad I got to see him when Damageplan came to Halifax. I can't count the amount of times I've listened to Cemetery Gates since I found out. Well, anyways, this is a great loss to the metal world, and he will be missed. My condolences go out to the Abbott family. I hope you make it through this. Keep strong.
