My most memorable Merf moment happened fairly recently, even though I've been visiting the site for about three years now.
A friend of mine introduced me to Hard Boiled some time ago, and since then we've always joked about it having the highest bodycount of any movie in existence. Imagine my flabbergastration upon reading Justin's review, and finding out that our joking was inadvertantly literal.
