you know, i often play the part of preening egomaniac in my reviews and at the country club, and for the most part it's just so much charmingly conceited fluff designed to put everyone at ease and make me come across as likeable in a vaguely Shatner way. essentially, you see, it's just smoke and mirrors. i'm actually a very modest, shy and timid guy who slouches and doesn't speak to anyone and has no friends. a mouse, really.
having said that, that "guys gone wild" article is really, really funny! i'd like to credit lissa for responding with her own guys and gals articles, and i'd like to credit justin and the entire mutant staff for being there and helping us do our "thing." special props go out to whoever invented the alphabet and the keyboard (i guess the romans?), as those are the tools we all use to ply our craft.
mostly, though, i'd like to offer congrats to kyle, for writing a really funny article. i clicked on it, and i swear to god that while reading it the only time i wasn't grinning was when i was laughing hysterically at the content and the deftly-written sentence structures. wow!
this may seem awkward to some, since i'm congratulating kyle, and i'm kyle, and kyle is me. but when you factor in that i barely remember writing the article, so that it seemed like the work of some unknown yet clearly attractive other writer, the awkwardness lessens quite a bit. anyway, congrats, kyle! keep up the good work!
