I know how much you all were looking forward to my submission this time and my futile attempt to become a full blown mutant, but I'm going to have to sit this one out. With the move, and getting settled financially and all, no time to write weekly reviews. Yes I know you're all crying inside.... but hey, take some more applications another month from now and who knows? ;D

Yeah, I'm passing on this one too...it's just to busy here with the school and the setting fire to tens of thousands of dollars of electronics--did I mention I had a rough day at work yesterday? EDIT: Of course, if you're desperate to read the kind of things I would put on MRFH, you can go here.

Aww and we were going to start a frequent-applier's club... free coffee mug for every third application!
But seriously, thanks for being thoughtful about it. The one thing we didn't want was people applying who just didn't have the time to do this position after being hired.

The last time a MRFH position was up for grabs, I resolved that the next time, I'd submit an app. Didn't happen.
It's probably just as well. Judging by how the Nuku Nuku DASH! review I talked about doing, like, two weeks ago is coming along, speed and brevity are both attributes I need to polish up some before attempting Mutantdom.
It isn't that I haven't been working on said review, it's just that it keeps getting bigger. Soon, it will move beyond my control and destroy us all.

The last time a MRFH position was up for grabs, I resolved that the next time, I'd submit an app. Didn't happen. Heh. I almost applied after Andie and DNA left, and even wrote most of a Transformers review... and then reread the instructions, specifically the part about reviewing a film that'd already been reviewed. Whoops. (But on the plus side, now I have one in reserve in case of emergencies!) -D

I totally dithered before I applied, mostly because I wasn't sure an old fogey like me would be a good fit for all you spry young hepcats here. Demographics and all that jazz. Then I couldn't decide what to review. I think I did three before I settled on the one I entered. T'was a stressful time. I still have the commemorative box of fingernail nibblings around here somewhere.

Not to let too much out of the bag too early, but I'm thinking our next hire will be eighty three years old. Sue gets to feel like a youngun again!

I was going to apply too but time was an issue, and also my writing style is nothing even remotely close to anyone elses here, and there's also way more deserving then myself. So I passed. Maybe some day. I do love writing so much.

We'll hopefully have our selection finished by the end of the week, and e-mail notifications thereafter.
