I decided to have a putter round and read all the teen film reviews (actually, I was looking for a "Manos: The Hands of Fate" review and saw this).
Rich is spot on. What a horrible film. I was hoping the star of the legit classic "Rushmore" would have picked a better "mainstream" film to be in. I want Laura Prepon...no, that sentence is fine the way it is. We fans of the high school / college film suffer for our love- and there's few examples of suffering worse than this film. Right down there with "Drive Me Crazy", that utter bile with Freddie Prinze Jr. (not "She's All That", the one where he's at college and falls for that tedious woman, and has a porno director for a friend) and "Loser". The hours of my life I'll never get back!!!
Anyone else had to sit through this and agrees with Rich?

I've seen this film. I don't really remember all that much about it.
I know I didn't feel the hate that you and Rich do/did. It was pretty forgettable but harmlessly diverting.
I thought it was ok.

Don't blame Jason Schwartzmann. He didn't make it.
...it just fell out of his hair that way.

This was one of the grossest (and not in a good way) and dumbest films ever. I agree with that. I also agree with the Laura Prepon comment...heh..heh...

I agree with him 100%! What a horrible, horrible, horrible film that was.
