Fantastic article Drew. I remember this show growing up,It was one of my favourites sadly I cannot find the DvD's up here in Canada. But anyway Great review and 2000 kudos to you.

For so long, I've been saying in the back of my head "Drew got Scrubs, you have to do Pete & Pete before he gets to it" Because, despire random addictions to Sex And The City (Inter-twining complicated plot lines always get me after awhile. And Miranda and Steve always get me), Scrubs, Pete & Pete, and MST3K are the only shows I care about enough to actually sit down and write about.
And now all hope it gone. Way to have the exact tastes as me, Drew.
But seriously, I couldn't have done it better myself, and I'm secretly glad you took care of it, because I'd be too nervous that I was letting the Petes down. I especially like how you described Arite - "Mentally unstable man who wears pajamas and hangs out with children and somehow manages to be NOT creepy". Well done, my friend.

I am so glad you did this article. I love Pete & Pete. I was just talking about it with my sister the other day, in fact.
And (shame on me!) I'd almost forgotten about the phone booth. So I feel better now that I'm reminded.

I love Pete & Pete! I used to watch Nickleodeon just for this show! That and Aaaaargh! Real Monsters! I didn't know there were Pete & Pete DVDs. I'm so there!

Awesime. I own season one. Polaris is like the greatest band ever. I love the episode where Little Pete tries to figure out the name of the song. cool.

Believe it or not, I actually thought that exact same thing to myself a few months ago: "Well, I want to do an article on Pete & Pete... but I already did Scrubs, and I know Nancy likes P&P. Let's wait a while and see if she reviews it." Heh... guess I should've given it a few more months.
But props for having awesome taste in TV shows! And I promise if you want to review 24, I won't do that one first.
