Lord of the rings (1978) Mutant viewing

That is one of the funniest things I've ever read. I showed it to a friend who is a HUGE Lord of the Rings addict (sounds better than geek, doesn't it?) , who marveled at how accurately the crappiness of this movie was described.

So now, when do we get a follow up mutant viewing of Return of the King (1978 musical version)?

Whew... well, maybe... maybe a double-feature of The Hobbit/ROTK some day. Maybe. Although both are bad, they're not nearly as indescribably dumb as LOTR ended up being, and I look forward to spreading my interests to new vistas. Like, say, Star Trek 5: The Smiley Vulcan Feel-Good Tonic Hour.
