Wait... This movie really existed? I had myself convinced it was some sort of weird dream I had, or a bunch of movies I got jumbled together as a child.
And none of the previous statement is meant to be funny, I really thought that. I feel like I need to go lay down.
Have you ever tried describing Leonard Part 6 to someone? I have seriously never met anyone else who saw this movie.
Wow.

For the longest time, I thought I had made up a movie in my head (perhaps in a dream) where Arnold Schwarzenegger was pregnant. I kept asking people and folks would look at me like I was crazy. But then I found it it was real -- Junior -- and my sanity temporarily vindicated.
So I know the feeling. I actually saw Leonard Part 6 when I was a teen... wasn't too impressed with it then, and even less now. It's truly impossible to describe outside of saying, "You'll just have to see it yourself, and you'll wish you hadn't."

I'm with you, StarOpal - I saw it when I was little and couldn't believe it, either. I thought "quelish" was pretty funny at the time.

I knew it was real, but only because Chris Rock used it in one of his routines.
"I'm all for empowering black actors, but if you write that Leonard Part 6 deserves an Oscar, why should I believe a thing you say?"

Well thanks a lot, Justin, now I'll have to watch Leonard Part 6. First the Doom Generation, now this. You know scathing reviews are like a dare to me.
BTW, "eyes only" means no reproduction of the material (photocopy, notes, film).

"... So this movie, it has Bill Cosby. And there's a scene where he's fighting/ballet dancing with a chicken, ostrich, bird-man-thing - that he plucks. And... throws hamburger pat....
"You know what? Forget it."

I looked this movie up on Youtube. Not a single clip of the movie existed on there, just the trailers. Wonder why. Justin, you're a brave, brave man. I thank God I don't have DocD83's nature of seeing scathing reviews as a challenge. Just hearing the words Doom Generation is enough to send a cold chill down my spine. I do have to say, though, that my interest is piqued about Leonard Part 6. Not surprising, since I'm one of the "freaks" that looked up the movie Kevin Murphy and Mike Nelson mentioned in their interview found on the Merlin's Mystical Shop of Wonders DVD.

Well, there's a huge gulf between bad movies that are pretty fun to watch, and bad movies that are agony.
Leonard Part 6 is so bizarre and dumb that, if you're in the right mood for it, can be hilarious or fun to mock with some buddies. I wasn't necessarily warning people away from it a la Doom Generation or Freddy Got Fingered, just giving a fair head's up.

Well, there's a huge gulf between bad movies that are pretty fun to watch, and bad movies that are agony. True, true. I can see some great riff value for Leanord 6.

That would be Child Bride. They have the whole thing up on Google video. Watching Kevin's reaction as Mike hints to the name of the movie that was so disturbing to them that they didn't do it on MST3K is great! Really long sentences are great, too! Long live Nathaniel Hawthorne.
