Now you have to send in the ultimate follow-up to this. Your review of ERASERHEAD! Seriously, this is one messed up film that actually DOES have a plot, and it's only been reviewed by someone named.... Ted. Who is Ted? Anyways, the Eraserhead page could really use a new review and a page update, and if you are willing to stand this strange film, I can provide you with a digital copy ;-)

I've only seen about two minutes of Un Chien Andalou in the movie Henry & June and that was more than enough.
Al, I salute you.
And it should be "then." This just kinda bothered me...

Shoot. My english degree has failed me again.
I've been debating Eraserhead for a while, actually. I've had serious issues with all non-Twin Peaks David Lynch projects that I've seen, but I do sort of feel I should give this one a shot. Y'know, 'cult film reviews' and all that. Perhaps once I catch up on everything else I've committed to.
Anyway, glad you guys enjoyed it!

I believe my reaction to seeing Un Chien Andelou on the front page was something along the lines of "Ooooooooooooooooooooooo..." I'm sure the review's great (I haven't read it yet); I just wanted to say what a pleasant surprise the film choice was.

Al, you were able to successfully use the words "pomegranate" and "milieu" in the review without looking stupid, so you've more than made up for any sins here.

I love me some Pixies, but the idea of that movie serving as an inspiration for anyone leaves me a little ... peruses www.thesaurus.com ... barfy.
