That'll teach them to voice their opinions like they have the right.

It's not that they can't voice their opinions. It's that they do it at the wrong times and with a pompous attitude.
Let's say I was receiving an award at my company's annual Christmas Party. I had a great idea that saved the company tons of money, so they were giving me a gift certificate and a nice, shiny trophy. After receiving it, I step over to the microphone and go on a five-minute, fist-shaking, tear-filled rant about how 48 million babies have been aborted in the United States since the 1970s, and it HAS TO STOP!
You know what that would be? Impolite and thoroughly unprofessional. It’s not the time or the place, and I shouldn’t be shoving my opinion down your throat when you haven’t asked for it.
If George Clooney wants to make a speech at the National Democratic Convention, he has every right. But when he’s on talk shows and at awards ceremonies, he should talk about acting, because that’s where his expertise lies. His not qualified, however, to advise me on foreign policy, and I wish he'd stop trying.
