Great article, as always, Liss.

However you left out one of the most butt-kickiest Princesses ever commited to celluloid in Princess Vespa from Spaceballs. I mean she took out a whole squad of guards, Rambo-style! Plus--That singing voice! Everybody with me now:

"Nobody knooooows....da trouble ah Seeeee."

I allowed myself to give into my "girly-girl" side and greatly enjoyed the article. (Just... don't tell anyone, 'kay?) Found myself nodding in agreement often.

I wish Leia had been a bit higher and some of them I wouldn't mind seeing bumped down (*cough Buttercup and Danielle* Wow, I seem to be coming down with something...) but overall a great list.

And Belle rules. She freaking pulls Beast off the roof! That's amazing!

For my money, Giselle was a good choice, even as a placeholder. Some of the best laughs I've had this year come from the first half of Enchanted.

I was under the impression that it was a countdown... that it was numbered 10-1, not 1-10... meaning Leia won. (As well she should have.) but I went back and now see that I was wrong. So now I'm sad.

It wasn't a countdown or a priority listing- I left Leia for last because she's simply the coolest and I wanted to end on a strong note It was more "this is the order they popped into my head, except for Leia, who got the place of honor."

Although Mike makes an excellent point about Princess Vespa.
