I think Drew from www.toothpastefordinner.com , whoever does www.whiteninjacomics.com and Mike and Matt Chapman of www.homestarrunner.com would make awesome movies if given the chance. Drew would probably make an Office Space style one, White Ninja's ADD inspired style would probably make for a really weird Airplane style flick, and the Chapmans would make the greatest film in the history of time.

I think the guy who does PvP (Kurtz?) could make an interesting movie (though not earth-shattering). He did a series involving killer gorillas from another dimension invading the PvP offices. I thought that was very entertaining, though it is common knowledge that I'm easily amused (though I didn't once laugh at the "comedy" "Lock Stock and Two Smoking Barrels"...I wonder what that says about me...).

First off, yes, the Brothers Chaps would make an excellent movie or TV show... no doubt about it. I'd like to see Pete Abrams ( Sluggy Freelance) and Howard Tayler ( Schlock Mercenary) get a shot, too. They've both got keen senses for storytelling, and unique senses of humour. Kurtz, I don't know about... seems to much of an uppity control freak. Don't get me wrong, I love PvP, but I get the feeling it would be a disaster.

Sexy Losers would have to be rated NC-17 for sure, but it would definitely be hilarious. Though I think its format of numerous continuing subplots would lend better to a series of TV shorts than a feature film.

Geez, Drew, I thought I was the only one who's ever seen that site... *shudder*

I'm not the type of person, but I'm a fan of Sexy Losers too. And Ghastly. Ghastly is like SL, but with more sex humor and less violence...and with tentacle monsters. It would probably be a funny movie. The more popular webcomics like Megatokyo and Penny Arcade are too geek-exclusive to be good movies.
