So, I just got back from seeing it with some friends and despite it being predictible and 10 times more offensive than the original but I laughed alot. It made up for the offensiveness and predictability with insane, silly and random gags. I can't say much without really giving these gags away but when you see it you'll figure it out.
It was really different than the first one, pot wasn't as big of a plot point in this one compared to the first one. There is minimal references to the original except it takes place a minute after the original and a few little references to keep the audience happy.
It seemed kind of like it was trying to be it's own movie in a way. It works to a point and does gain it's own charm but I personally feel it is in no way as charming and watchable as the original.
If you were a big fan of the original, i'd go see it in the theatres. If you only saw the first one once and found it amusing, wait till DVD.
