Well...you guys DO fulfill some of my nerdy needs. I check here every single day for new reviews and whatnot. But I think I have The Curse of the Poster No One Wants to talk to. The other threads I post in, which I mentioned, are on DDRfreaks.com and Myspace and, well...anywhere I think I can find fellow nerds. But...no one replies. Honestly I'm not being a pity monger. They really don't. It's like I have the ability to kill threads. (I firmly believe I killed the tape (cd) trading thread we had here).  I dunno...just thought I'd find some love here, among nice people who share my interests. (I really do think this is the nicest forum I've ever been to). As for not having posted here for a month that is for good reason. I was in good 'ole Canada visiting a friend of mine. I hadn't seen her for 6 months and her husband paid for a ticket for me to come see her. Nothing like having a great time on other people's money, lol |

Sorry, Magill! I always felt directly responsible because of my computer. See in the beginning my computer had a hard drive failure. Once that FINALLY got fixed my cat killed it. Less than a month after I got it back. Don't think a cat can destroy a computer? Message me for the details. She's one expensive pussy. I recognize you made an effort to keep stuff going, but I always feel directly responsible and guilty. Maybe we could just make mix cds for each other as restitution, haha. |

I actually don't know how to look at someone's post history, but I'll take your word for it. Maybe I'm just being overly self-conscious about it. I mean I realize that for every thread, SOMEBODY has to "kill" it. But still....feels like it happens to me horribly often. Tends to make me not want to post. I usually go dead from forums for awhile, 'til I see something I really want to talk about. Then it just makes me mad again when no one replies, haha. So I go back into hiding. Vicious cycle.  |
