I could just kick myself repeatedly until I'm more bruised than a week-old banana sitting in the sun. I missed the House finale.

I have spent the last couple weeks of my life dodging anything and everything to do with House on the internet and trying desperately to figure out the whole bit torrent thing. Everything I try fails miserable. Azure/Vuze? nopers. BitTorrent? It laughs in my face.

I want to see that episode so badly. Yeah...no real point to this post other than to whine. House is the only show in a long time (since Dawson's Creek) that I wanted to watch week after week.

Why so long since I've watched a show that way? Basically I've been without cable or American dish for four years due to lots of military-inspired finance troubles and moving to other countries and whatnot. The only reason I got into House and Lost is because two generous friends couldn't stand that I did not know of their awesomeness and sent me copies of the first couple of seasons via Priority Mail to Japan. I has good friends.

You know, I wish I could like House. I really do.

I mean, I acknowledge that it's a great show and all, but the trouble is, I am one of the world's foremost practicing hypochondriacs, with a specialization in cardiovascular disorders.

So, no dice. I avoid it like the opened Ark.

On the bright side, this means that I can't spoil the last episode for you. Although I did hear that the hospital is besieged by Soviets.

Admittedly I have, at times, watched an episode and said "Hey, I have that symptom! oh no! Maybe I have a cancerous lesion eating away at me and THAT'S why I'm cranky at times for no apparent reason. Oh.......wait......"

You know, I heard the same rumor. The idea was shelved after the writers realized it wasn't believable that Soviets could intimidate House.

No, really. Nothing's all that intimidating to a person who's taken enough Valium. to tranquilize an elephant. Well....maybe that's cause said person is dead, but....I had a point there at one time....
