Firstly, I'd like to know if anyone's interested in playing DDR with me. I don't have any playing partners here yet and would love to have some challenges with my fellow MRFH-lovers. I own Extreme2 and Supernova2. Any takers?
Secondly, for those of you who read the subject thinking you were gonna get to read something naughty....SHAME!

I not only expected something naughty, but also went "Whee-hee!" when clicking the thread title. So, I am now encumbered by a double-layered giant overcoat of shame. This, unfortunately, makes playing DDR prohibitively difficult.
But, it's kind of a moot point, considering that I only have the original. For PC. With no pad.
Yes, as you are not doubt realizing at this very moment, the aforementioned facts do indeed combine with each other to form an invincible super-robot of lameness. But the index, middle, and ring fingers of just my right hand get one helluva workout, believe you me. And considering that my thumbs are the only part of my body with any sort of muscle tone, that counts as progress.

You know call me crazy, but I assumed a thread titled 'I've never done this before...' in a video game sub forum would have something to do with, oh, I don't know, video games.
I was not mistaken.
However I am confused. DDR is online now? Or do you do the old school Atari thing and just take pictures of your score, then send them to each other and magazines hoping you'll be the power player of the month?
Either way I should stop because I am totally unable to play DDR or Guitar Hero or any music-or-rhythm themed game of any type. Now shooting Nazis and shooting down planes being flown BY Nazis, that's where I'm a Viking. We all know the P-51 Mustang was the superior stunt fighter.

DDR has, in fact, been online for the last couple of games or so. As I have never done it before I can't explain the finer workings of it, but I assume it to be similar to playing SOCOM or some such online.

This is because Pervish Presumption is not a part of the Ranting Misanthrope class' skill set. You need to switch over to Doughy Curmudgeon and put in some grind time. Pump all of your earned SP into PerPre, and beef it up to lvl. 5, minimum. Then, when you switch back, you'll have the option of carrying it over. Geekquest VII! In stores now!!

Congratulations! I think you may just have caused the universe to implode with your geekiness. Impressive. Why, with your geek powers and my thread killing abilities we could.....we could......do....some really pointless stuff. But we'd be POWERFUL! SWEET POWER!!! *laugh maniacally*

Uh-huh. Predictable we may be, but I believe that thread title would constitute "leading the witness." Regardless, I've never played DDR. However, I can rock you like a hurricane in Guitar Hero. Probably. Say the word. This is because Pervish Presumption is not a part of the Ranting Misanthrope class' skill set. You need to switch over to Doughy Curmudgeon and put in some grind time. He should've picked the Double Entendre proficiency back in high school. As it is, put too many stat points in Military Hardware and Ghostbusters DVD Longing. -D

Hey, Howard Hughes put too many points in flying military hardware obsession, and look where it go-.... damnit.
Also, Ranting Misanthropes suck at the double entendre skill. Especially when allied with the Mechanical alliance. We say insert Rod Alpha into Slot Gamma and that's all we mean. Then you laugh, and everyone laughs, and I die a little on the inside.
