Gossip Girl, definately. I don't know what it is, but that show has me hooked. Also, Big Bang Theory and Two and a Half Men, as Chuck Lorre has a knack for excellent dialouge.

Yay for Big Bang Theory! But there's nothing guilty about that, is there?

Yay for Big Bang Theory! But there's nothing guilty about that, is there? That all depends on how many references you get per episode.

1. "Estate of Panic" on Sci-Fi 2. "The Soup" on E!
I'm ashamed to admit that my wife and I love to Tivo these shows and watch them late on Friday nights.
I've also been know to watch the occasional episode of "Ghost Hunters", and despite my gender, I actually enjoy HGTV.

The Soup is awesome. You only need to feel guilty if you start watching the shows their clips come from.

Thanks, jman. I'm inclined to agree.
My wife really likes "The Bachelor". I honestly can't stand it. I feel a real physical pain each time it airs, but I kind of want to know which girl he chooses (only to break up with by the time the "After the Final Rose" special is filmed).

The Soup is awesome. You only need to feel guilty if you start watching the shows their clips come from. Agreed. I'm more than proud to admit The Soup is one of the only shows from this decade I regularly watch. As for me, I'm always embarrassed to admit I watch Dawson's Creek (not regularly, just whenever I see it on). The guys are sexy and drop dead gorgeous, the girls are pitiful and annoying. Except for the one Meredith Monroe played, the one who was on pills. How's this for embarrassing? I never watch network channels to see TV shows. I never watch CBS, NBC, or ABC. Ever. Been that way for over a decade now. I just don't do it. But I actually tuned into NBC every single Thursday night for the premiere of all 8 broadcast episodes of Fear Itself. And except for 2 of them ("Family Man" and "Skin & Bones"), they all sucked. Yet I kept coming back for more. I'm basically ashamed to admit that to most people. American Gladiators is a good one. I used to love that show when I was a kid. It was cheesy as heck but I loved the Gladiators' names (great names for future superheroes). Now the thing I like the most was that the male contestants were always hotter than the Gladiators. The same explaination goes for why I ever watched Professional Wrestling (any kind, you name it - any 3 letter combination). I just did it for the man-candy. This next one never leaves this room ( you got it?), the 2nd season of Oxygen's The Bad Girls Club. It's an absolutely awful show. But at a certain point, I just kept tuning in. Every time the episode was over, I felt dirty. But I kept tuning in. No clue why.
