I'm thinking Z&M is a DVD rental for me. Not enough time and not enough money. Sorry Kevin.

Seen it and would recommend. Course it's even funnier if you actually have watched a porn (or lots of it) in your lifetime.

Without a doubt worth seeing in the theaters. Awesome music, awesome dialogue, and an awesome plot. Great job as usual by the Kdog.

I enjoyed it despite the lukewarm reviews it got. It was really dirty but with a sweet core to it. It's good to see Kevin Smith stretch himself by doing something away from the View Askewneverse. The only drawback of the movie is that the story is essentially Chasing Amy with more porn and a happier ending. I still liked it. Probably my fav comedy this year behind Sex Drive and Pineapple Express. Have yet to see Forgetting Sarah Marshall.

I still think Role Models is the funniest and best film of the year by far.

I still think Role Models is the funniest and best film of the year by far. That's one of the other movies I have to see also.

I thought Zack and Miri was funnier than Role Models, but I think that Role Models was better written. Zack and Miri kind of fell apart at the end and tied up too neatly. But it had so many hilarious lines, I still loved it.
Also, Brandon St. Randy is now one of my favorite Kevin Smith characters. Heehee.

I just watched and enjoyed it. Like the above poster, I felt the ending was too rushed, the whole movie seemed rushed. There were some funny parts, but nothing hilarious. Chasing Amy is far and away much better.

In my not so important opinion, Zack & Miri was a major letdown and highly unimpressive. The screenplay was mediocre.. at best. Not the somewhat in-depth, sort of intelligent dialogue I've grown so accustomed to from Kevin Smith. The story was rushed,I agree. More than a couple gaping holes left in the end. A few chuckle worthy moments, nothing to write home about though. I can say the most entertaining part of the movie, for me, was Justin Long's performance as 'Brandon'. That was only in the first 20 minutes...

I can say the most entertaining part of the movie, for me, was Justin Long's performance as 'Brandon'. That was only in the first 20 minutes... That was definitely my favorite part too. I kept wishing they'd bring him back at some point I wasn't too impressed with it either, but my expectations were pretty low. I was expecting Smith to make it more Apatow-y than his other films, but it turned out to be distinctly his own. I did like it, but on my scale of Smith movies, it ranks pretty low.
